Hi there, it's me Anurag Rathor, Founder and CEO of Zify and I am looking for an experienced, people-person HR specialist to bring our house in order.
Our goal is simple, to become the "Best Carpooling Company on the planet".
Your main responsibilities would be:
- Hire the best people in technology, marketing, business development, sales, etc.
- Create a future candidate pool by searching, connecting, interviewing & engaging with people regularly.
- Help me create and maintain an amazing company culture which will be talked about globally.
- Setup processes, policies, and best practices for the team to be super efficient.
- Take care of the team and help them succeed as individuals through learning and development.
- Embed the concept of "Be Happy, Be Zify" in our current and future team members.
- Build Zify to be "One of the Best Places to Work in 2019"
- A person with a lot of patience, perseverance and attention to detail.
- A happy-go-lucky person who can motivate & inspire people around you.
- A person with excellent communication, convincing & negotiation skills.
- A person who is not afraid to take risk and experiment.
- A person who can get up, refocus and get back to the ring in the event of a failure.
- A person who has prior experience solving the above challenges.
- A person who has previously worked in a startup.
- A person who does not shy away from participating & helping others in activities unrelated to the HR vertical.
- MBA/Master's degree in Human Resources.
- 4+ years of prior experience with a startup.

Stage 2: A case study specific to challenges faced by Zify.
Stage 3: A "Yes or No" decision.
